Full Pledge Manager

Hi Everyone!
We have completed a successful "smoke test" this weekend of the pledge manager and are now ready to launch the full pledge manager to everyone else. We have one detail we would like to explain further for those using Local Pickup.
FOR LOCAL PICKUP:
Please select the Local Pickup option under the country tab. This will remove shipping allowing you to be able to complete your survey. Use N/A for the remainder of the address information. There is no need to put in AZ or anything like that just be aware if you select Local Pickup this will only be available in Arizona specifically the Mesa area.
The pledge manager will run until the end of January just before we hit the print button to ensure we have the correct number of copies to order. We want to thank you for your continued support!

Good Day Friends!
Many of you have been anxiously waiting for the pledge manager to open. We hoped to open that the beginning of this month but were unable to. Luckily the time has finally come for the pledge manager to open! We will be sending out a "smoke test" tonight which goes out to around 5% of backers so we can assess any issues there may be. Once this is completed we will be launching the full pledge manager to everyone!
A couple of notes for the pledge manager for those that may not be familiar with how it works:
- When you are completing your pledge manager, the products from the level you backed will be already populated into your cart. No need to add it there unless you would like more copies of course!
- There is a local pick up option that will happen in ARIZONA. The local pick up is $0.00 but you still need to complete the pledge manager even if this is the option you are using. Simply use N/A for the address portion.
- Please ensure your address is correct to avoid any shipping delays!
- The pledge manager will run until the end of January 2024 to give people time to complete, we know the holidays can be a busy time. You will be reminded periodically if you haven't completed it yet.
In other news, while the pledge manager was delayed slightly the project itself is still on track. Andrew Bosley has been at work on the character level pledges as well as finishing the poster art. Here is the completed poster, we think it looks great!
This is going to be a great piece to hang in any game room. Not to mention Andrew will be signing them! Don't miss your chance to grab it, only a few remain!

Hi Potion Makers!
We have been asked a few times for an update so here it is! Firstly, we apologize for being a bit quite but be assured it is because we are working hard to bring Potions to you quickly as we can. Some things we have been working on is finalizing the Asymmetric player powers and doing lots and lots of testing on those to ensure they work great and are super fun to play! We have ordered up to date components and deluxe parts which Gametrayz will use to design the perfect inserts with storage and playability in mind.
Here is some of our next steps and timelines:
- Andrew Bosley will be doing the character pledge art, asymmetric power art and finishing the poster art starting this week!
- We are working on the Pledge Manager and are hoping to have that available to launch by November 1st or shortly thereafter.
- December Gametrayz does the design for the inserts
- January we get the preproduction copies of the game for checking and testing prior to printing.
So far everything is on track and where we are hoping to be. Our next update will be when the pledge manager launches next week so be on the lookout for that!

Asymmetric Player Powers Stretch Goal Unlocked and End of Campaign!

Goooooood Morning Potion Masters!
I want to start of by giving you all a huge thankyou for your support and kind words throughout this campaign. With this being our first we made some mistakes along the way but everyone was extremely helpful giving us advise and spreading the word about our game so that we could be this successful. And with that success we were able to hit the Asymmetric Player Powers in the last few hours of the campaign, WooooHooooo! :D
Tyler and I are going to take a day or 2 to recover but after that hunker down to make sure we get everything right not only in the game for when pledge manager opens here in a bit. So keep your eyes peeled our next update will LIKELY be when we officially launch the pledge manager for any pledge updates and late pledges.

Way to go Potion Makers!
We woke up to the awesome news that we have officially unlocked GameTrayz! We are incredibly excited for this to be a part of the game to enhance your experience. We will be working with Game Trayz to design 4 custom inserts. One will be the main insert in the box to hold the player components and cards. The other three inserts will be designed to hold the resources, ingredients and potions. The plan is to have these removable to be placed on the main board while still looking nice. Our main goal is when you think about pulling out Potions of Azerland to play, set up isn't something you dread. We want you to have the best experience and get Potions to the table again and again!
Just 2.5 days to go! We might be able to hit another stretch goal or two!!
